I purchased a first five prime rib for Christmas dinner... it was the best prime rib I have ever cooked and I've been doing prime rib for Christmas dinner for 35 years ! One need not a knife to eat it and the flavor was outstanding! Not going to shop anywhere else for meat from now on.
